Many of the tasks which users have to perform in a business software like ours are by nature compulsory tasks required by law or company policy. In other words: Necessities. I love the challenge to design these user experiences in such a way that they are not perceived as a mere annoying burdens, but that our users feel that our software truly supports them getting their things done. And wherever possible to also provide functionality which supports our users to achieve their personal goals!
