Your path to us - this is how our application process works

The application process is an essential part of our recruitment. We attach great importance to a transparent and fair selection process in which we not only find talent, but also offer them a pleasant candidate experience. So that you know exactly what to expect, we have summarized all the important steps for you here.


1. your application - the first step

As soon as we receive your application, it will be carefully checked by our HR department. An initial allocation will then be made:

✅ Invitation to an initial interview - If your profile is convincing, we will invite you to an initial interview by phone or email.


❌ Cancellation by e-mail - If it doesn't work out this time, you will receive feedback by e-mail.

2. initial meeting - We get to know each other

We would like to find out more about you in the first interview: What motivates you? What do you bring to the table? And how do you envision your future job? At the same time, you will have the opportunity to find out more about our company and the position. This interview usually takes place by telephone.

3rd job interview - consolidation & exchange

After a successful initial interview, you will be invited to a detailed personal interview - usually on site in our office. You will be joined by our HR department and the management. Here we would like to find out more about your qualifications, your way of working and your expectations.
If the interview is not successful, we will inform you by telephone. Depending on the number of applicants, this can take up to 14 days.

4th taster day - insight into everyday working life

If you've made it this far, chances are good! The next step is to invite you to a taster day, which usually lasts half a day.
Aim of the taster day:


✔️ Getting to know each other

✔️ Insight into your future tasks


✔️ Presentation of your team

✔️ Processing of small tasks for practical assessment

If both sides can imagine working together after the trial day, the final decision is made.

5. decision & contract offer

If both you and we are convinced, you will receive a confirmation and a contract offer - and nothing will stand in the way of your future in our company! 🎉
If it doesn't fit, you will receive an appreciative rejection with feedback.

 

💡 TOP TIPS from our HR expert

1. individual letter of motivation - No standard texts!
Avoid generic applications! Show us exactly why you want to work for us and how you can enrich our team.


2. authentic appearance - be yourself!
We want to get to know you as you are - nobody expects perfection. Honesty and a likeable charisma are much more important than memorized answers.


3. remember company name & field of activity!
You should not only have the name of our company to hand - a basic knowledge of our industry, our products or services also shows that you are really interested. If we ask you: “Where did you actually apply?” - then your answer should not be hesitant!


4. prepare questions - show interest!
An application process is not a one-way street. Use the interview to get to know us too. Think about questions about your potential future team, the corporate culture or development opportunities.


5. punctuality is the first impression!
Show up on time for the interview - better 5-10 minutes earlier than at the last minute. If something does come up, let us know in good time.


6. follow up can help!
If you have not heard back after two weeks, you are welcome to ask politely. This shows commitment and genuine interest in the position.
