Unsere langjährige Partnerschaft mit IAESTE: Internationale Talente bei Workflow

For over 15 years, we have enjoyed a successful collaboration with the international student organization IAESTE (International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience). This partnership enables us to recruit highly qualified students from technical and scientific disciplines for internships at our company. Many of these interns have decided to move to Austria after completing their studies and join Workflow as full-time employees.

Über IAESTE Austria

IAESTE Austria is a non-profit organization run by dedicated students. It works closely with universities, graduates and companies to provide young students from the fields of science and technology with paid, study-related work experience worldwide.

Thanks to the cooperation with IAESTE, we have been able to enrich our teams with talented developers from over 25 nations. This cultural diversity not only promotes the exchange of innovative ideas, but also strengthens our global perspective in product development.

English as a corporate language

Um die Kommunikation in unseren internationalen Teams zu erleichtern, haben wir Englisch als Dokumentations- und Kommunikationssprache innerhalb der Produktentwicklung eingeführt. Dies ermöglicht eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit und stellt sicher, dass alle Teammitglieder, unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft, effektiv kommunizieren können.

Einführung agiler Methoden

Our way of working is based on agile methods such as Scrum. These allow us to react flexibly to changes and optimize collaboration within the team. The integration of international talent has helped us to continuously improve our processes and develop innovative solutions.

The long-standing partnership with IAESTE has not only provided numerous students with valuable practical experience, but has also enriched our company in the long term. We are proud to offer an environment in which international talent can grow and shape the future together with us.
