What you can expect

  • 1st and 2nd level B2B customer support
  • Operation and maintenance of our ticket system/service desk
  • Installation and commissioning of our software on the customer's server
  • Support in the realisation of customer projects
  • Technical documentation
  • Close cooperation with our consulting and development department to realise customer requirements

What you bring with you

  • IT training such as HTL, HAK-IT or comparable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Team-orientated work and patience
  • Good communication skills and a high level of personal responsibility
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Knowledge of working with web applications and database servers
  • High stress resistance and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Interest in human resources and labour law
